Script didn't translate all my text

I ran the script for my 8-page InDesign document with the "entire document" selected, but some of the text in the document was not translated. Some of it was within the same text box as other text that had been translated.

Hi @scasey,
Do you mean that sometimes the campus name has gone missing?
It's hard to say why this would happen without seeing the original InDesign document. Would you be able to send it to me (all, or the problematic part)?
Also, what language-pair were you using? Were you using the dictionary or glossary feature? And finally, what version of Translate are you using? Is it the latest – 3.2.5?

No, I did not resolve this. I am using the latest version of Translate. I was translating from English to Spanish. I was not using the custom dictionary or glossary. I have attached the InDesign file with the page that did not fully translate. It translated some of the text, but not all. I highlighted the untranslated text in pink.

Thanks for the file. Could you upload the file before translating as well? So, just the 100% English file? The one you've uploaded is half translated (as you mention), which makes it less useful for troubleshooting.
(But even with this file, I do seem to be able to replicate the issue. Unfortunately, it's almost certainly a bug with DeepL rather than with our Translate script, but I'll be able to tell better once I have the original English file.)

I actually have a new problem. I had another document that needed translating from English to Spanish, and though the entire document was translated, it wasn't translated correctly. I am not sure what language this is, but it is not Spanish.

I have the English and "Spanish" versions here:

I tried to get a screenshot of the Script to show you that I had the settings correct, but it doesn't let me screen capture the window for some reason.
