First page when using footwork

In footwork first page was always a major problem, since we want it should start way down from the top, to leave space for the name of the sefer, we always had a hard time to do it by hand, today we figured it out, i made the page margin lower on that page, so footwork start from the margin leaving space for the name

Hi Menashe,
That's a good workaround!
Another way that should work is simply to add text wrap to whatever objects you've got (e.g. the text frame you're using for the book title).
