AutoFit Columns Internet connection error

I've changed computers and want to use AutoFit Columns on a my new machine. When I run the script it asks for my email address which I enter but I then get an error saying:

Internet connection error. Please check that your Internet connection is not being blocked by a firewall or filter and try again.

I don't have a firewall active or any filters or VPN on my internet connection and this worked when I purchased the script. Any ideas how I can fix this problem?

Hi @CraigP,
Our activation server seems to be up and running, so I do think something is blocking the connection.
What operating system are you using? What version of InDesign? What language version of InDesign? And what version of the script are you using?

Hi, I'm using Mac OS 15.3.2, InDesign 20.2, English UK Language and AutoFitColumns1.0.5.jsx
Is there anyway I can test my connection to your activation server, link pinging it?

Hmm, the latest version of 1.2.0. That might actually fix the problem. So please download it here: https://www.id-extras.com/shopping-cart/my-account/
The activation routines are all on id-extras.com, so if you've got access to the website, that's probably not the issue.
